Cut the edges of breads. With rollingpin flatten the breads and make thin sheet

Firstly, take 2 bread slices and using water,press and seal 2 bread slices together.
now spread butter over the bread slices.in half portion of the bread,spread sauce and in rest of the part spread cheese. - 3
On one side top bread with1 tbsp carrot cabbage and onions.sprinkle ¼ tsp pepper powder and pinch salt.
roll tight making sure both the layers are intact.
now wrap in cling wrap tightly. refrigerate for 15-20 minutes or until it sets well. - 4
After 20 minutes slice the sandwich.it's ready to serve.

I put tadka(mustard seeds +curry)over the bread pieces.(optional)

You can spread jam/chutney/chocolate syrup,for stuffing paneer/sprouts etc of your choice.
