Steps

First clean and wash raw mangoes. Then peel it and cut it into medium pieces. Heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds, cumin seeds let it crackle now add sauf and curry leaves.

Add chopped onions and sauté for a min or till translucent. Add crushed ginger garlic and sauté for a min.

Now add turmeric powder red chilli powder and stir.

Add mango pieces and mix well. Add little water and cook on a medium flame and cover with the lid.

Cook until kairi becomes tender and soft. At this point add Jaggy and mix well and cook for a min until jaggery gets dissolved.

Switch off the gas flame. Gud Amba is ready to serve. This goes well with poori chapati and rice.
