In a thik bottom pan add two glass of water.add chilli paste,carom seeds,cumin seeds, salt and let it boil on high flame.once it boiling add baking soda and add this water in rice flour.

Mix properly.as the flour is getting mixed with water it will start to thicken.make sure that there are no lumps of flour.prepare a steamer by adding two glass of water.take a plate grease with oil and put it in steamer.put the rice flour mixer in it.spread evenly.cover and cook on medium flame for 15 mnts.

Our khichu is ready.take out in serving plate.pour peanut oil on top and sprinkle some aachar masala on it.

Serve hot khichu.....
