Curd semolina upma
Steps

First soak roasted semolina in curd for 30 minutes. Keep it aside. Roast peanuts and keep them aside them as well.

Then heat a pan with ghee. Add asafoetida and Mustard seeds. When they start to crackle, add chopped onion and green chilli.

When onion turns pink, add chopped tomatoes and red chilli powder in it. Cook till tomato become soft. Then add curd soaked semolina, Salt and water. Cook till required consistency is achieved. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
