Prepare all the ingredients.

Start by cooking the spaghetti: Bring water to a boil, add salt, vegetable oil, and spaghetti noodles. Boil for about 15 minutes.

Once cooked, immediately transfer the noodles to cold water.

Heat a pan and add vegetable oil. Add the pounded garlic and chili peppers, and fingerroot. Stir-fry until fragrant.

Add the torn kaffir lime leaves, baby corn, shredded carrot, and squid. Stir-fry to combine.

Add the shrimp. Season with soy sauce and fish sauce.

Add oyster sauce, sugar, king oyster mushrooms (if using), and red bell pepper. Stir to mix.

Add the cooked spaghetti noodles. Stir-fry for a few minutes, then add Thai basil leaves. Stir and serve hot.
