Ingredients

Makes about 1 l
  1. 1.5 lwater
  2. 200 gginger, washed and sliced
  3. 1/4 cupraw wildflower honey
  4. 1/2 cuplemon juice (depends on lemon size but 2-3 on average)

Steps

  1. 1

    Bruise the ginger. Put in a pot with the water. Bring to boil and simmer gently for about 2 hours. Skim any sediment that forms on the surface.

  2. 2

    Take off the heat and strain. Add the lemon and honey to serve. (Add more water or more honey if too ginger-y for you!)

  3. 3

    Enjoy 😋
