This is a recipe which is a complete meal full of protein , carbs , fats.
Steps

Boil the brown rice and keep aside to cool down. Heat a pan and add 1tbsp oil.

Add 1 chopped onion and cook till it turns golden pink. Add 3 cloves of chopped garlic. Add 1 chopped capsicum.

Add 2 chopped tomatoes. Cook for 5 mins. Add 1 bowl of boiled soya chunks and boiled peas.

For seasoning add salt (as per your taste), Turmeric, Black pepper,

Biryani masala, lemon juice and cooked brown rice and mix. Cook for 5 minutes and serve hot with boondi raita and grilled paneer.

For grilled paneer put the paneer into griller with some oil, if not griller than you can put into a pan also. Grill till it tuurns golden brown. Serve.
