Chicken Tandoori Masala with Paratha

Mix all ingredients for flour, keep a side and give some rest.

Marinate for a day, I usually marinate when I bought chicken and make a packet so it's easy for me to take it out and cook directly.

Chop onions and pour oil in pot, once onion turns colour add your chicken in pot

Start frying, if you need water pour little water and cover it and cook till the meat gets tender.

In the mean while burn the coal under the stove flame

And start making paratha balls.

Once chicken is done, take onion or bread slice and put on chicken with the hot burn coal and pour oil on the top and close the lid of the pot.l to give bbq aroma. Funes will be made under the pot. Keep it close.

Make your parathas

After 5 mins, uncover the pot, fumes will come out with yummy bbq smell

Dish out with the onion, chilli and green chutney raita.

Serve with Hot Paratha
