Take all the ingredients of bhature except water. Mix well. Make soft dough using water. Apply oil and kneet again. Then apply oil and cover with wet muslin cloth. Rest for 4 hours. Now knead again making fine dough. Take small section roll in roti form applying oil. Heat oil.

Place the big bhatura in hot oil. Puffs up. Turn the side. Cook well.

For chole cut potatoes and onions. Cook till golden brown. Add grinded masalas. Cook well.add tomato and chikpea and cook for 1 minute. Add the same water in which chikpea was soaked.

Cook for 30 minutes on low flame in cooker. Serve with bhaturas.
