Ingredients

  • 300 gmroasted vermicelli
  • 1 tbspoon oil
  • 1/2 tsprai,
  • salt,
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala,
  • 2 tbsptomato ketchup,
  • 1 tbspchilli sauce,
  • 1/2 tspvinegour
  • 1 tspchopped onion, chopped capsicum, choppedcarrot,garlic coriander,

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a pan.Heat it at low flame.Add oil in it.cracle some rai add garlic, onion

  2. 2

    Keep stirring.add carrot, capsicum.keep stirring.

  3. 3

    Add vermicelli and some water. add salt cook it 5 to 10 min. cover it with a lid. after 10 min add chilli sauce, tomato ketchup, garam masala, vinegour,.cover with lid.

  4. 4

    After 5 to 10 min it is ready to serve.

    Garnish with coriander or mint leaves.
