Cut the garlic into small pieces and place into a sufuria add oil into it,cook until golden brown,add water until it boils,add rice together with the grated carrots.

Add water into a sufuria,put your pealed potatoes to boil,add tumeric powder all round,cook the potatoes till they become soft pour the remaining water and smash your potatoes.

Put an onion in the sufuria,add some oil,let it cook until golden brown,add your tomatoes and hoho into the sufuria let them cook for some minutes,add your cabbage and let it cook until it becomes soft.

Put the other onion into the sufuria add some oil cook until golden brown,add Dania and tomatoes into the sufuria let it cook for some minutes,add some water and let it boil, finally add the mbaazi and let it cook for some minutes.
