First of all make sheera sugar syrup in a pot add 1 cup of sugar,1/2 cup of water,few cardamom and cook it until sugar syrup is dissolved then turn off the flame and squeeze half lemon 's juice by adding lemon juice sugar syrup will not crystalized

In a bowl add all purpose flour, baking powder,ghee mix it all together

Then add water gradually and bind it all together don't knead it otherwise balushahi will be hard

Make a soft dough and cover it for 15 to 20 minutes with a cloth

Now after resting the dough break it into pieces with hands then make small balls and make a hole from the center with thumb

Now in a wok add oil,oil should be warm not bhi hot,now put the Balushai in it,flame should be bhi low

When Balushai will start to float then increase the flame medium and fry it until golden brown

Now place the Balushai in lukewarm sugar syrup for 5 minutes then dish out and garnish with your favourite nuts and enjoy
