Wet fry pork

In a pot, bring to heat the pork pieces mixed with ginger and garlic paste and don't add any water

Let it cook until it's completely dry and frying in its own oil. Drain excess oil if you have any.

Add in the onions and stir it constantly so it doesn't burn.

Once the onions are transparent, add in the tomatoes and lower the heat so that the tomatoes can cook in the steam. This is optional though, you can add the tomatoes and stir until they are well cooked.

Season with salt then add paprika soy sauce and your preferred spices then mix well. Let it cook for 2 to three minutes then add hoho and cover for about thirty seconds.

Give it a good stir then turn off the source of heat and garnish with cilantro.
