Ingredients

  • 1 cupbasmati rice
  • 1carrot chopped(boil)
  • 2 tbspboil peas(boil)
  • 2 tbspcapsicum
  • 1onion slices
  • 1potato slices(boil)
  • 2 tbspginger garlic paste
  • 1green chilli
  • Salt
  • 2 tspgaram masala
  • 2 tspred chilli powder
  • 1 tspturmeric powder
  • 2 tbspcurd
  • 3 tspoil
  • 2 tbspcoriander and pudina

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil the rice.and drain the water.

  2. 2

    In one kadai put 3 TSP oil,add ginger garlic paste.saute for 2 min.add onion and saute it.add all the veggies. Add some water and curd.add all the masala and mix it properly.

    Add chopped coriander and pudina and mix it.serve with
