Steps

Add onions and tomatoes along with 1/2 cup water and cook till soft.

Remove tomato skin and blend.

Add oil in pan and cook onion paste for 3-4 mins. Add spices and cook till water evaporate.

Add potato and peas cook for 4-5 mins
- 5
Add 2.5 cup water and cook till potatoes and peas are cooked.
- 6
Add garam Masala and coriander leaves. Serve with salad, roti or tortillas or Naan.
