The main ingredient of manchow is the noodles for that you need boiled noodles. Add one tablespoon of cornstarch and mix with the noodles and then take up and heat some oil a good quantity of oil and fried noodles for around 2 to 3 minutes until it becomes golden colour in a high flame

Next, we are going to move to make the soup and a drizzle of oil in a pan then add the chopped garlic and chopped ginger and saute for a minute then fry the onions

Then gradually add veggies one by one and fry for some time including tomatoes cabbage carrot capsicum beans.

Then and soya sauce tomato ketchup green chilli sauce vinegar had a little water cook it well

Then add salt to taste and black pepper powder stir it well and add 2 cups of water

In a bowl and one tablespoon of cornstarch and a dash of water mix it well and pour it into the soup.

Cook in a low flame for another few minutes then and add the spring onions

Now add the fried noodles on the top of the soup to garnish. And your manchow is ready to serve
