Smoky salsa tomato

Steps

Make a deep cut in each tomato.

Fill green chillies in the cut.

Now cook tomatoes directly on the flame from all sides. Green chillies will be cooked along with the tomatoes.

Cook it for minimum 5mins.

Let it cool and peel the skin.

Take a chopper add all the vegetables add black salt and salt.

Now chop lightly crunch of vegetables should be maintained.

Your dip is ready serve it wih chips, nachos, parantha or you can have it as a sabzi.
