Boil 1 litter of milk add 2 teaspoon of lemon juice mix it well in a cloth remove all water set for 15 minutes panner ready for Sabzi

In a pan heat up ghee add jeera Hing n cook onion add ginger garlic paste til golden brown now add tomato purée cashews paste cook it well til ghee separates pan add all masala cook it for a minute add water panner n capsicum cook it for 3 minutes.. ready to serve
