Wash the rice and set aside. Chop the onions, green chillies. Wash the shrimps, devein and set aside

In a wok boil water and add rice, chopped onion, chopped green chillies, chopped garlic, grated ginger, whole black peppercorns, bay leaf. Stir well

Add shrimps. Add salt and mix well. Keep stirring so that rice doesn’t stick to the bottom

Add whole garam masala. Stir well. When water is completely absorbed, stir once and set aside
- 5
Enjoy hot
