Steps

Firstly, in a large vessel boil 6 cup water along with ½ tsp salt and 3-4 drops of oil.
now add 2 cups macaroni pasta and stir well and boil for 10 minutes or until the pasta turns soft. Refer package instructions for cooking time.
drain off the cooked pasta and pour 1 cup cold water to stop the cooking process. - 2
Now in a large Kadai heat 3 tsp oil and saute 2 clove garlic also saute 1 onion until they shrink slightly.
further, add chopped carrot and capsicum.
stir fry for 2 minutes without overcooking vegetables. - 3
Now add 1/2 tsp pepper, 1 tsp pizza seasoning, 1 tsp chilli flakes and ½ tsp salt. give a good mix.

Additionally, add 1 cup water leftover pasta water.
also add 1 cup eggless mayonnaise. add more if you are looking for more creamy pasta. - 5
Now stir and combine keeping the flame on low. Do not get sauce to boil.
furthermore add boiled pasta and mix well coating sauce uniformly. - 6
Finally, enjoy mayonnaise pasta topped with cheese and chilli flakes.
