Steps

Add milk, egg and melted butter into the bread pan.

Add salt and sugar.

Add flour and make a small hole to pour the yeast (keep the yeast away from the salt).

Insert the bread pan to the bread machine.

Use Soft bread menu, 500 g and dark crust (2 hours and 25 minutes).

When bread is done let the loaf cool on a wire rack for about 30 minutes.
