Ingredients

20-25 minutes
  • 2raw mangoes peeled and grated
  • 1 tbspSoaf (fennel seeds)
  • 1/2 tbspKalonji (onion seeds)
  • 1/4 tspHing
  • 1/8 tspturmeric powder
  • 6 tspSugar
  • 1/4 tspRed chilli powder
  • as per tasteSalt
  • 2 tspoil

Steps

20-25 minutes
  1. 1

    Take a pan heat oil. Add sauf, kalonji,hing and turmeric powder. Saute it now add grated mango. Cook it on low flame till it becomes soft and shiny.

    Now add sugar, salt and red chilli powder.Mix it well.cook for 1-2 minutes.

    Turn off the flame.Transfer and store it in clean and dry jar.
