Procedure: 1.marinate chicken by adding above mentioned ingredients

Put in refrigerator for 1 hour.

After one hour cut 1 tomato in cubes remove seed Cut capsicum and onion in cubes.

Add screwers in water for 1 hour before use.so it will not burn when grilled.

Heat grill pan for 5 minutes on high heat.

Add oil with the help of brush.add skrewers.turn and cook for 3 to 4 minutes from all sides 1 by 1. When grilled and tender.remove from grill

Add 1 tbsp oil in a pan add ginger garlic paste cook for 1 minute,add ketchup.cook for 30 second add blk pepper vinegar and crushed red chiilli.after mixing add 1/3cup water cook for 30 second.done.

Procedure For fried rice: Add 2 tbsp oil in apan add finely chopped garlic. saute for 30 second.add carrot spring onion and capsicum fry 1 minute add boiled rice cook cook for 1 minute on high heat.add blk pepper vinegar soya sauce and mix well Now add 1/3 tsp yellow food colour mix with 3 tbsp water
