Kanika is most famous bhog of Load Jagarnath.
Steps

Wash & Strain water,marinate turmericpowder &rest it.Heat a pan add 1tsp ghee,put cashew&raisine roast it &keep it aside.Again heat ghee put whole garammasala&bay leaf.

Add marrinated rice sauted till it's becomes tender.Add sugar stir countinuously till sugar comes to liquid position.Now add water,salt &saffron.Cover it & cook on low medium flame.

Add cashewnut&raisine mix it well.Meetha kanika is ready to serve.Garnishing with dryfruits&pomegranate seeds serve it with papad& raita.
