Boil chana daal, Giri add jaggery and and mango pulp

When you add jaggery chana dal became liquid consistency, cook till water evaporate add elaichi and nutmeg powder

After that keep this chana dal stuffed for 1 hour in a refrigerator, take a small portion of wheat dough stuff this mango mix, again roll it, then fry with help of ghee.serve hot.
