Peel and chop the arbis into slices..

Then heat oil in a cooker and add chopped onions and cumin seeds to it..

When your onions become brown in colour add the chopped arbis to it..

Fry your arbi for atleast 5-6 mins..

After that add all the spices to it👇🏻..

Mix well and add finely chopped green chillies to it..

Then add about 2 cups of water and close the lid of the cooker..

After two whistles on high flame switch off the flame..

Then open the lid of the cooker and squeeze a lemon in it.

Take it out in a serving bowl and garnish it with chopped green chillies and coriander leaves..

Serve it with chapati and raita..
