One of my favourite dessert is Mango Peda, a unique one which can be enjoyed anytime of the day. I specially love to eat in the afternoon with other namkeen.

One of my favourite dessert is Mango Peda, a unique one which can be enjoyed anytime of the day. I specially love to eat in the afternoon with other namkeen.
Steps

Wash, peel and cut the mangoes and put in processor to make a purée.

In a wok heat ghee and add milk, stir and add mango purée. Stir very well on medium flame
- 3
Add sugar and mix very well so that sugar dissolves. Will take a couple of mins on medium flame

Add kesar and stir well on medium flame
- 5
Add milk powder and cashew nut powder and stir very well with a masher so that there is no lump at all. Will take 15 mins on medium flame

Add cardamom powder and stir very well on medium heat so that all dissolved and the mix becomes semi hard

The mix should be separate and easily be dropped on to a greased plate
- 8
Make balls and put it on a shape and garnish with chopped pistachios. Enjoy!
