Cut vegetable into long size.and wash them.

Take a pan then add oil.when oil is hot then add onion.when onion are light brown.then add eddoe.fry over low flame.

Add garlic paste and tomato and green chilli cook over low flame fr 5 minute.

Add water and cook over low flame for 25 minute.

Tarro root and eddoe is ready.
