Quick Aloo curry

Collect the ingredients. Cut boiled potatoes in pieces.

Heat oil in a kadhai for deep frying. Fry boiled potatoes till golden brown.

Grind tomatoes, onion, ginger, green chillies in a grinder.

Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan, add tomato, onion,green chillies, ginger mix paste. Add all the above spices, mix well.

Add fried potatoes, mix well. Add 1 cup water or as required, mix well. Let it boil.

Aloo curry is ready to serve with rice for dinner. Enjoy!!!
