I make pinch dal dhokli.its rajasthani dish.. it's very delicious in taste. It's looking very unique. Its serve with pickle and papad.

Clean and wash dal then soak for 10 minutes.cake with flower gram flour carom seeds salt red chilli powder supported and oil makes wealth and make a smooth soft dough with ad by little by little water and rest for 5 minutes.

Once knead dough.thendivide to make long log. Then make mall rounds and pinch all small balls.once all dhoklis ready take one big vessel then heat water

When water come one boil then add all dhokli and washed dal.

Now cover with lid and Cook 9 to 10 minutes.stir between 2-3 minutes.again and again.

When dhokli is cooked give tadka on it. Take tadka Pan heat ghee then add cuminseeds mustardseeds asafotedia, green chilli, curry leaves red chilli powder and add in cooked dhokli Stir gently. at last add lemon juice and chopped coriander leaves and serve with papad.
