1 cupsugar
1 cupbuttermilk
1/2 cupoil
1/4 cupcocoa powder
1 tspvanilla essence
1 tspbaking powder
1/4 tspbaking soda

Take a large bowl and add buttermilk, sugar, oil. Mix well with help of whisk for 5 minutes.

Further sieve maida, cocoa powder, baking soda and baking powder.

Mix the dry mixture in a liquid mixture using cut and fold method. Add Vanilla essence.

Now scoop the cake batter and pour into cupcake moulds two thirds.

Preheat and bake the cupcakes at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
