Mango halwa
Steps

Blend 3 mango. Pour the mango pulp in bowl then add 80gm corn flour, 2 tbsp milk powder, 1 tbsp custard powder,½ cup water and mix well.

Take a kadhai/pan add 1 cup sugar and then add 1 cup water. Stir and disolve the sugar on medium flame. Pour the batter on it. Keep stirring the mixture on low flame.

When mixture starts thickens, keep adding 1tbsp ghee slowly till it absorbs. Add 1 tsp cardamom powder and mix it. After sometime ghee starts separating. Close the flame.

Grease the plate and transfer the mixture. Garnish with dry fruits.

Cool it for 30 minutes or keep in freezer for 15 minutes. Halwa is ready to serve.
