Ingredients

  • 6Chicken Thighs
  • to tasteseasoned salt and pepper
  • 1 tablespoonbrown sugar
  • 1 tablespoonketchup
  • 1spring of time
  • 2 teaspoonJamaican allspice
  • 2-4 dashJamaican pepper sauce
  • 2carrots
  • 1onion
  • 1bell pepper any color
  • 1 tablespoonbrowning sauce
  • 2 tablespoonspickapepa sauce
  • 1 teaspoongarlic
  • 1/4 cupflour

Steps

  1. 1

    Combine all ingredients except flour and marinate for 3 hrs

  2. 2

    Remove chicken and lightly toss chicken in flour

  3. 3

    Lightly fry/brown chicken

  4. 4

    Add remaining ingredients from marinade including juices

  5. 5

    Add 1/2 cup water and let it cook fo 25-30 mins serve with coconut rice and peas if you like
