Steps
- 1
The first version is a bit rich but tastes amazing. Heat a small skillet and melt the butter completely. Slice the boiled eggs in half and place them cut side up in the melted butter, as shown in the pictures.
- 2
Sprinkle the eggs with a pinch of salt, a pinch of black pepper, and half a teaspoon of hot chili powder. Add 2 tablespoons of grated Romano cheese or any other cheese you like. Cover the skillet and let the cheese melt. The mix of cheese, eggs, butter, and chili is delicious.

The second recipe is lighter and very tasty. Mix the yogurt with the crushed garlic, a pinch of salt, and a pinch of black pepper. Stir well and spread the mixture on a serving plate. Slice the boiled eggs in half and arrange them on top, as shown in the pictures.
- 4
Melt a cube of butter in a pan, add half a teaspoon of chili powder, and stir well. Drizzle the butter and chili mixture over the eggs and yogurt, then sprinkle with dried mint.
- 5
This makes a very light and tasty breakfast or dinner.
- 6
Slice a soft baguette or hoagie roll into thick pieces, spread with butter, and toast in the oven. It tastes great with the eggs.
