Soft roti which is in everyday meal in most of home in Maharashtra and MP. Sharbati wheat is used. It’s very easy to make and save lots of time and gas. If it’s your coil stove then use net.
Steps

Knead the flour with salt and water to soft dough. Not firm but little loose which will give soft fulka’s

Roll the small ball of dough and roast on tawa from one side or can be both side.

Now put on the net on the no roasted side or if roasted from both side then the keep the first side which we roast on tawa.

Keep roti net on medium high flame now half roast on tawa. It will blow like balloon. Then it’s almost ready.

Apply ghee when 2 fulka’s ready, just little bit, only rotate the spoon which was in ghee pot. Then rotate both fulaka on each other to spread ghee.
