My own innovation. This is a no baked pudding. Use of both butterscotch and strawberry makes it exotic

First prepare the strawberry sauce. For the clean the strawberries, cut it into pcs. In a pan add the strawberries and sugar. Cook till it smashes and sugar dissolve. Now cool it. Make a paste. Pass it through a strainer. Now again in the same pan add the strawberries. Let it cook for 3 min. Put off the flame and put the lemon juice. Let it cool.

Now for the butterscotch sauce. In a pan add the sugar. The sugar will start caramilising. Then add the butter. Keep on stiring. Keep the flame low. Now add the fresh cream and stir it for 2-3 min. Put off the flame and keep it aside.

First take the egg and wishk it. Now in a pan add the milk.when it comes to boil take 2 tbsp of milk and add it to the egg. Now in another bowl take the custard powder and add cold milk to it. Mix it well so that no lumps it formed. Now first add the egg to the milk. Keep stiring. Then add the custard powder. Mix all of them. When it thickens. Add the butterscotch sauce. Now put off the flame. Add the dry fruits. Now take a container and pour it into it. Let it set in the fridge for 4-5 hrs..

Serve it with strawberry sauce.
