Firstly,in a blender take 1cup mango,1/2 cup oil,and 3/4 cup sugar..blend to smooth puree dissolving sugar completely.

Transfer the mango puree in the large bowl and add 1tsp vinegar and 1/2tsp yellow colour use the balloon whisk, mix well making sure everything is well combined

Now place a sieve and add 2cup maida, 1tsp baking powder,1/4 baking soda and 1/4 salt..

Sieve the flour making sure there are no lumps. Mix well using cut and fold method..

Now add 1/4 cup milk and mix until the batter is combined well..

Grease a baking pan (make sure pan fit inside the cooker / big bowl)

Pour batter in the pan cover the cooker/ big bowl with the lid and let it bake for about 30-35 min or until skewer inserted in the center comes out clean..

Take out the baking pan from the cooker and let it cool completely...

Serve them as you like and topped it with chocolate syrup and chopped nuts to enhance the flavor..
