Steps

Take flour, add oil and salt. Add water and knead a soft dough. Add oil and knead the dough for few minutes. Keep it aside for 1/2 hr.

After hr again knead it for a min. Make small balls.

Roll it with a rolling pin, roast it on the tawa on slow flame one side, then turn over and then directly on the fle till it puffs. Remove from flame and apply ghee. It's ready to be served with sabji and dal.
