Steps

Preheat the oven to180 degree,position a rack in the middle of the oven. Grease a loaf pan with little oil and dust with flour to coat the pan

In a mixing bowl,sift all the dry ingredients twice,from a hight.whisk well and set aside.

In another mixing bowl,add all the wet ingredients,whisk well until everything is well combined.

Make a well in the bowl containing the dry ingredients and add the wet ingrediends as seen below. Mix just until combind and no more flour pockets are visible.

Transfer the batter to a greased and floured loaf pan.,bake at 180 degree c for about 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in comes out clean.

Transfer the cake to a cooling rack. Let the cool down in the panfor 10 minutes,then remove from the pan and cool on the rack completly.
