Add ghee toa pan,add the gram flour & roast for 8-10 min on low flame while stirring continuously...

Now colour of flour start to change in light brown, now keep roasting on low flame for 5-6 min the colour change in dark brown...& Turn of the flame and keep it aside...

Meanwhile heat sugar along with water in another pan, to make sugar syrup...& Add cardamom powder in sugar syrup & mix well..

Make 1 thread chasni..& keep aside for 2 min..

Now pour the prepared sugar syrup in it while stirring continuously..

Pour the prepared mohanthal mix on greased tray & garnish with chopped nuts..

Set it to 2-3 hours & you can put it in frizer also...after it sets cut into pieces & serve it...
