Put your pre boiled matumbo in a sufuria and let it saute until brown, keep stirring so that it does not stick to your sufuria, it should cook with the natural fat it has, do not add cooking oil

When the matumbo is dry and you cannot see much of the oil, add onions and let it saute until the onions are golden brown

Add your dhania sticks and stir

Add garlic, lemon zest paste, woo the aroma is heavenly

Add red hoho and saute

Add tomatoes and saute for a min while you stirring for it not to stick to your sufuria,, remember we did not add oil,, then put your soy sauce and stir

Put a cup of the matumbo broth and let it cook for 30 mins, add salt to your liking and dhania leaves and stir,, remove from fire

Serve with ugali and vegetables of your choice
