Ingredients

10-12 mins
8 cookies
  • 200 gchunky peanut butter
  • 1egg
  • 75 graisins
  • 75 gcaster sugar

10-12 mins
  1. 1

    Combine sugar and peanut butter.

  2. 2

    Add egg and raisins and mix well.

  3. 3

    Firm balls with hands and flatten. Pop onto a lined baking tray in a preheated oven for 10-12 minutes at 180C. Cool before removing from tray.
