130 gmsugar
130 gmmargarine
1 tspstrawberry essence
300 gmflour
1 tspbaking powder
5egg whites
1 tsplemon zest
Plain ilara yoghurt 55 bob one(250ml)

Cream butter sugar till fluffy.Add strawberry essence and incorporate

In a dry bowl using dry whisk put egg whites and a tsp of lemon zest and beat at high speed

Whisk togefher the whites in the batter quickly take care not to deflate the batter

Add plain yoghurt 80 ml whisk together

Fold in flour mixed with baking powder

In a prepared pan bake 180degrees 45mins
