    Garam oil men slice pyaz ko golden kar ke nikal lain aur choora krlein

    Isi oil mein dar cheeni aur choti elaichi dal kar Gosht dalaien aur ginger garlic paste ke sath bhoon lain

    Choora pyaz Gosht mein add krein. 2-3 min fry krin. Dahi dalein aur tamam masalay aur bhoon lain.

    2-3 cup pani dal kar Gosht gala lain.

    Gosht half done hojay tou cut piece of Lauki add krein aur paknay dein

    Gosht gal jae tou apnay hisab sey gravy adjust krlein

    Green chilli aur podina dalein akhir mein aur serve krein
