First cut onion in julian

Take a wok add onion add oil and fry onion till golden colour

Then add ginget garloc paste in onion

Now bhonifu ot then add red chilli haldi and dhanya powder

Now bhonify ot for 5 min add little water so masala cannot burn from bottom

Then add tomatoes in masala bhonify ot again 5 min

Continuosly storring spoon add half cup water also when bubbles appear on surface

At this stage add water 4 cups and cover lid for 30 min

Now after 30 min check if meat gwt 75% done dry water amd bhonify it

In a mean while cut lauki in cubes

Now ur shorba is ready pour it in a bowl add garqm masala powder garnish it woth chillies and vorriqnder
