Khandvi
A yummy easy gujarati snacks
Steps

Take a bowl and add all ingredients to make the khandvi. Mix it. Cook it till done (to find out if it's done, keep the spatula and if it stands still without any support it means the besan is cooked well).

Grease a thali (back side of the thali). Spread the mixture over the thali. A thin layer. Cool it and cut it vertically in thin medium strands. Roll it. Keep it aside.

Now take little oil, heat it, add mustard seed, sesame seed and green chillies. Pour it over the khandvi's.

Garnish it with grated coconut and coriander leaves. Serve it with chutney and tomato ketchup.
