Ingredients

  1. 1/2green cabbage sliced
  2. 1/4purple cabbage sliced
  3. 1/2 cupshredded carrots
  4. 2scallions sliced
  5. juice of 2 limes
  6. 1 tbstoasted sesame oil
  7. 1/3 coil
  8. salt and pepper
  9. slivered almonds
  10. dried cranberries

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Slice the cabbage and shred the carrots

  2. 2

    Add the sliced scallions and oil, sesame oil, salt, pepper and the limes

  3. 3

    Mix it all together

  4. 4

    Garnish with almonds and cranberries. Enjoy!

    We let it marinate in a bag in the fridge overnight before serving, helps all the flavors blend together
