Ingredients: 500 gms chicken strips; 2 cups plain flour; 1/2 cup corn flour; Salt to taste,1 tsp white pepper; 1 egg,2 tbsp oil; Mix all these into a batter,deep fry the chicken in oil; For Sauce:; 1 tsp oil; 1/4 tsp chilli flakes,1 tsp ginger garlic paste; 1/3 cup sugar,1/3 cup brown sugar; 1/3 cup orange juice,2 tbsp vinegar; 1 tbsp dark soy sauce; 1 tbspcorn flour+1 tbsp water; Sesame seeds

1/3 cuporange juice,2 tbsp vinegar
1 tbspdark soy sauce
1tbspcorn flour+1 tbsp water

Deep fry the chicken into the batter

Once done, make the sauce & mix the chicken in the sauce.Sprinkle some sesame seeds.Then serve with steamed rice
