Ingredients

  • 3 tspoil
  • 4 tbspspring onions chopped
  • 2 tspsoya sauce
  • 1/2 cupcarrot thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cupcabbage thinly shredded
  • 1capsicum thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsptomato sauce
  • to tastesalt
  • 2 cupsbasmati rice cooked
  • for hakka noodles
  • 1 cuphakka Noodles
  • 2 tspoil
  • 1 tbspgarlic finely chopped
  • 2 tbspspring onions chopped
  • 1/2 cupcabbage thinly shredded
  • 1/4capsicum thinly sliced
  • 1 tspschezwan sauce / szechuan sauce
  • 1 tbsptomato sauce
  • to tastesalt
  • 1 tbspsoya sauce
  • 1 tbspcorn flour
  • 1 1/2 cupwater

Steps

  1. 1

    Firstly, in a large kadai heat oil and saute garlic on high flame.

  2. 2

    Further saute chopped spring onions till they sweat.

  3. 3

    Also add carrot, cabbage and capsicum.

  4. 4

    And saute for a minute.

  5. 5

    Additionally add schezwan sauce, soy sauce, tomato sauce and salt.

  6. 6

    Mix well and saute for a minute.
    furthermore, add cooked rice and cooked noodles.

  7. 7

    Mix gently, and add spring onions.

  8. 8

    Firstly, in a large kadai heat oil and saute garlic and spring onions.

  9. 9

    Also add cabbage and capsicum. saute for a minute.

  10. 10

    Additionally add schezwan sauce, tomato sauce, soy sauce and salt.

  11. 11

    Mix well and saute for a minute.

  12. 12

    Further pour cornflour water slowly, mixing continuously.

  13. 13

    Stir till the gravy thickens slightly.

  14. 14

    And also slowly turns shiny and translucent.

  15. 15

    Finally, serve hot tripe schezwan fried rice recipe with prepared gravy and fried noodles.
