Prepare sugar syrup by boiling water and sugar with saffron strands. Syrup should be of sticky consistency.

In a bowl mix coffee powder, powdered sugar, hot water and whip until fluffy cream is formed

Take bread slices and dip in the sugar syrup and arrange in a plate in layers.

Cover the bread slices with the prepared dalgona cream. Decorate it with rose syrup (optional)
